Dental negligence occurs when a dental professional provides treatment below the accepted standard of care, resulting in harm or injury to the patient. This can involve unnecessary pain, infection, or permanent damage.

At IMA, we understand how distressing it can be to suffer due to dental mistakes. Our dedicated team works closely with solicitors and dental experts to help identify negligence, assess the full extent of your injury, and provide professional medical reporting to support your claim.

We assist with cases involving:

  • Undiagnosed or untreated gum disease
  • Cosmetic and implant dentistry failures
  • Delayed or incorrect diagnosis
  • Failed dental procedures
  • Nerve injuries and soft tissue damage
  • Loss of teeth caused by negligence

IMA’s Solicitors have vast experience in dental negligence to ensure your case is handled with precision and care. Our trusted solicitors aim to help you each step of the way to receive the fair compensation you deserve.

At IMA, we specialise in delivering precise and reliable medical reports that form a crucial part of your claim process. Our team works alongside solicitors, experts, and medical professionals to ensure every detail of your health assessment is accurately recorded and professionally evaluated.

The process of medical reporting begins with our experts reviewing your medical records in depth to assess your condition and identify any potential health issues that may impact your claim. All relevant details are carefully analysed to provide a clear and evidence-based report.

Once your solicitors request your medical records, they are securely forwarded to our experts. A comprehensive medical report is then prepared based on your medical history, diagnostic results, hearing tests, and expert consultation findings.

IMA’s detailed and transparent medical reporting ensures that every aspect of your health is represented accurately, giving your legal team the solid foundation needed to support your case with confidence.

At IMA, we arrange medical appointments on behalf of solicitors to ensure each client receives timely and professional medical assessments. These examinations form a vital step in the claims process, providing accurate insights into your condition and helping to establish the impact of your injury or illness.

Once your solicitor requests a medical examination, our team promptly contacts you with full appointment details, including the location, date, and time. We work closely with an extensive panel of certified medical experts across various specialties to ensure you are examined by the most suitable professional.

It’s important to attend your appointment on the scheduled date with valid photographic ID, as this confirms your identity and allows the report to be processed efficiently. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to inform IMA as early as possible to rearrange the appointment and avoid any unnecessary charges or delays.

Our goal is to make the process seamless and stress-free while ensuring your medical report accurately reflects your health condition and supports your claim with the utmost professionalism.

At IMA, we understand that accurate diagnostics are the cornerstone of every successful claim. Our team works with highly qualified medical experts to identify and document the full extent of your condition, ensuring your case is supported by reliable medical evidence.

We provide diagnostic assessments for a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Noise-Induced Hearing Loss
  • Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)
  • Occupational Dermatitis
  • Periodontitis
  • Asbestosis
  • Life Insurance and Occupational Health Evaluations

To ensure precision, we also coordinate advanced diagnostic tests such as Cortical Evoked Response Audiometry (CERA), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA). These tests help us and your solicitors build a strong, evidence-based case for your claim.

At IMA, we understand that recovery doesn’t end with diagnosis — it continues through effective rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation services are designed to help clients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after an injury or illness. Whether physical or psychological, we ensure each treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Now that you have scheduled an appointment at IMA, you need to bring the following documents:
  • A form of photo identification (passport, driving license or any other forms of photo identification)
  • Complete work history

After photo identification, the assigned doctor will ask you a series of questions. It’s important to answer all the questions and provide detailed information. It will allow the doctor to understand your specific case. The questions will include health and lifestyle queries, complete job history and medical history. Afterwards, you will be asked to give a short audio test. The doctor will also answer any queries that you might have.

At IMA, we cover almost all the cities in the UK. Our clinics are set up in all major cities of the country and have clinics in most of the major cities around the country. We make sure that your appointments go as smoothly as possible. We try our best to find a clinic that is the closest to you. However, some cases require travel due to the specialist nature of the Medico-legal Reports.

IMA offers financial aid to cover travel expenses in certain cases. Moreover, the pickup facility is also offered for special cases. This service is reserved for people that need it the most.

After your doctor receives the result, he/she will have a discussion with you. Afterwards, IMA will formulate the results and a medico-legal report will be sent over to the solicitors. The solicitors will contact you shortly after receiving the report. This process can take anywhere from a day to a few weeks depending on the case.
